The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park

I love the room, the view and the room service food. But I have payed for a high floor with park view and I expected to have a higher floor then the one the hotel gave me. I have asked for a higher floor and was informed that they were closed. Not nice for an expensive hotel. Should have payed for a lower floor and would have get thesame view.

Breakfast was good but extremely expensive orange juice and bagel with salmon with tax and gratuity 95.00 Excellent location across from Central Park
