The Park View Suite is 790 square feet. It offers frontal views of Central Park and is located on the lower floors 4-11. This spacious corner suite features a King size bed and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room area that can be arranged. It also has 1.5 bathrooms with beautiful Carrara marble and includes Asprey bath amenities with plush bathrobes and slippers. This suite also has a spacious desk to work on in the living room. The peacefully designed setting features custom furnishings and specially commissioned, limited edition print art collection reflecting NYC life and artists. Both the living room and bedroom area have 55-inch TVs. The exclusive Club Lounge includes a dedicated Concierge and 5 different Food & Beverage presentations between 7am - 10pm including breakfast, lunch, light snacks, hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, and desserts. The Club Access rate is based on 2 guests per room, per night. Additional Club Access fee will get added for additional guest occupying same room. This suite has the option to connect to an Avenue View Room with Club Lounge access based on availability.

I love the room, the view and the room service food. But I have payed for a high floor with park view and I expected to have a higher floor then the one the hotel gave me. I have asked for a higher floor and was informed that they were closed. Not nice for an expensive hotel. Should have payed for a lower floor and would have get thesame view.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Great views, VERY comfortable room, and nice lobby lounge. But it’s the service that makes this a 5/5!!! Surprisingly good-sized room for Manhattan. Drink prices in the lobby bar were a little outrageous.

The staff was outstanding, rooms were clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to make my niece’s birthday trip special. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to NYC.
